ORDERING

To provide the best possible service for our customers, we begin processing an order as soon as it is placed. Because we may begin processing your NYDJ.com order immediately, we cannot update or cancel orders.

Please note that we offer price adjustments only within 7 days of your order being shipped.

We are experiencing high order volume and orders are delayed up to 1 week. You will receive an email once your order has shipped.

If orders are placed before 11am PT, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), our warehouse will begin processing the same day. If an order is placed after 11am PT, we will begin to processing the next business day.
We typically process all orders within 1 to 2 business days.

Please keep in mind that we have an influx of orders during sale and holiday time periods, and processing could take longer. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our friendly Customer Care Team and we will be glad to help.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to register on the carrier’s website.

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to where you can see its status. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to register on the carrier’s website.

Your credit card will be charged once your order is placed.

If you have attempted to place an order, but were unsuccessful, some bank establishments do place a hold for the failed amount. This is not a charge to the card, but an held authorization on the banking side. If you have any questions in regards to failed order attempts, please contact our Customer Care team and we will be glad to help.

PAYMENT

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, NYDJ E-Gift card and NYDJ certificates.

Please note: You can use up to two NYDJ E-Gift Cards or Certificates per order. We are unable to split tender by multiple credit cards. We do not accept checks, cash or money orders online.

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

SHIPPING

We ship to physical addresses throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as internationally.

We do not currently ship to Puerto Rico. 

Currently, we accept P.O. box addresses. We do not accept APO/FPO military addresses.

Unfortunately we no longer offer ShopRunner as a shipment option.

Free ground shipping is automatically applied during checkout on all orders within the U.S. For expedited shipping, see the chart below for options.

The status of your order can be found on NYDJ.com. To check your order status, log in to your account page and select “Order History.” From this page you can see detailed order information about your current and past orders. If your order has shipped you will also be able to see the tracking number.

Please Note: you must be logged in at the time of purchase for your order to reflect in the Order History.

If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

NYDJ will not be shipping or delivering on:

    We have been getting hundreds of complaints from customers who have purchased on eBay (or other websites) in regards to counterfeit products. To be sure that you're not buying a counterfeit product, we suggest you shop on our website or from one of our authorized retailers.

    We will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 7 days of the shipment date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact NYDJ Customer Service online and refer to your order number. Private Sale items are excluded. Other promotions may also be excluded.

    Only one coupon code can be used at a time. During sale periods, multiple discounts cannot be stacked or combined.

    Sign up for our emails below for exclusive offers – including a discount off your first order and promotional offer during your birthday month.

    At NYDJ, we aim to offer the best prices, but there may be an occasion when our jeans are offered for less.

    We will gladly match another retailer's prices on identical items that meet our price match conditions.
    - Price match is only for items that are available on NYDJ.com.
    - The items must be identical: the style and color must match
    - The product must be in stock and be available to buy on the retailer's website.

    If the price match meets these conditions, contact our Customer Service team and be sure to provide a link or photo of the item.

    On NYDJ.com registered users have the option to save your frequently used addresses. If you are signed into your NYDJ.com account during checkout, you may also choose a saved address from the drop down box.

    REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM

    NYDJ Rewards is a tiered loyalty program that allows members to accrue rewards points for every purchase to redeem for discounts and to receive benefits and promotions.

    The program is open to U.S. residents. No purchase is necessary to become a member of the program.

    A customer can become a program member by creating a free account on NYDJ.com. To join the program, create an account at https://nydj-apparel.myshopify.com/account/register by entering your name, email address and password. Members will automatically be signed up to receive emails and get exclusive access to sales, special offers and new arrivals. If you currently have an NYDJ account or email subscription, you are already enrolled in the program.

    Members will earn points for purchases on NYDJ.com and at NYDJ retail stores. Additional points can be earned with other activities, including creating an account (20 points), leaving a review (10 points), sharing on Facebook (10 points), following us on Facebook (5 points) and following us on Instagram (5 points).     Once logged in, you can check your points balance on your account page at https://nydj.com/account/register

    Points earned on NYDJ.com may take up to 72 hours from the purchase or shipment date to show in the member's account.

    Points can be redeemed for discounts on purchases of any NYDJ products. To redeem points, log in to your account and click the “Redeem Now” button, found under the points balance. To redeem points at checkout, use the slider directly above your cart total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the “Apply” button. Please note that point-redemption discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

    If a member redeems points toward a purchase and later decides to return that item, their points will be credited back to their points balance in the account. Any points earned from purchases that are returned within our 30-day return window will result in a deduction from the member’s points balance and may affect their tier level.

    Points expire 180 days from the member’s last purchase date.

    Members will qualify for tiers of the program based on the total dollar amount they spend in a rolling 12-month period. Members must meet the required spend threshold to achieve their membership tier, and they will be in that tier for a rolling 12-month period from the date they earned it. Current members’ eligibility period start date is 8/22/22, as of 8/29/23, the launch date of the tiered program.

    When a member’s points total crosses a tier threshold, they will receive an email welcoming them into the new tier.

    Returns made within our 30-day return window may result in a downgrade to the next eligible tier when your rolling 12-month date arrives.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    Yes. International customers can browse and shop our website in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu in the main navigation. We offer Standard and Express shipping options depending on the destination country.

    Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item if not already included in product prices. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility. It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order.

    International orders (outside of the United States) may be subject to VAT, import taxes, or other fees which your local customs authority deems appropriate. These VAT, import taxes, and other fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by NYDJ, and thus cannot be refunded.

    Yes, we accept international returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.

    A return shipping fee of $15 USD, which will be converted to the local currency, will be deducted from your refund for the cost of the return label.

    Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your order date. Once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

    International purchasers assume all risk of loss, theft, customs seizures, clearance, levies, storage charges, broker fees, and the like associated with international shipping (the foregoing collectively, "International Shipping Events"), and you agree that NYDJ Apparel, LLC shall not be held liable for any international Shipping Events.
