- We will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 7 days of the shipment date.

Items purchased at a department store or any other store selling NYDJ merchandise can be returned only to that store and cannot be returned to nydj.com.
- In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense.
- NYDJ will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite the return for order.

DOMESTIC EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

- Print the return label & return packing slip.
- Pack the item(s) and include the return packing slip. Seal your box securely in the original package, if possible.
- Drop off and ship the package.
- We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose not to use our pre-paid shipping label, shipping is at your expense.
