Beautiful - but quality issue with buttons

"This is a beautiful blouse and fits well, but when I had it dry cleaned (as per instructions on the label) the paint came off of the buttons. I am going to have to put new buttons on the blouse now - not really happy about having to do that with a $99 blouse. If not for the button issue, I would be rating 5 stars."
