Shipping

Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to process before it ships. During sale and holiday periods, processing may take a little longer. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to activate on the carrier's website.

We ship to physical addresses throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as internationally. We currently do not ship to Puerto Rico or APO/FPO military addresses. P.O. box addresses are accepted. All orders ship from our distribution center in Arvin, CA.

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check its status. You can also log in to your account and visit Order History to view detailed order information and tracking at any time. Note: you must be logged in at the time of purchase for your order to appear in your Order History.

Because we begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, we are unable to update or cancel orders. If something isn't right, our free returns and exchanges policy has you covered. We offer price adjustments within 7 days of your order being shipped.

If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable. While we do everything we can to ensure on-time delivery, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or service interruptions.

Yes. International customers can shop in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu in the navigation. We offer Standard and Express shipping options depending on your destination country.

For Standard shipping, your order is first sent to the Global-E hub in the U.S. and then forwarded internationally. For Express, your order ships directly to your destination. Most in-stock items arrive within 7–14 business days. Your specific delivery window will be shown at checkout. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. If applicable, they will appear as a separate line item. Some countries require payment upon delivery, which is the customer's responsibility. Canadian shoppers are eligible for a full refund of duties and taxes on returns.

Yes. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your order date. A $15 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to process. Your order total is locked in at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Rates are determined by Global-E based on interbank rates of exchange.

International purchasers assume all risk of loss, customs seizure, clearance, storage charges, broker fees, and related events. NYDJ Apparel, LLC is not liable for international shipping events beyond our control.
