"The bottom of the leg is not tight like it is pictured. It's 1. 5 inches wider than the printed measurement. I am typically a size 8P in NYDJ. Had to return the 8P for a 10P due to being way to tight with no stretch. 10P fits but leg is too wide at the bottom."
