Liked product. Not satisfied with online capability, policies and customer service.

"I like your products. I usually wear a 4. The shorts were two sizes too big. I had just purchased two pair of your coral jeans and had other items in the bag. I asked for a waiver on your $10 refund which was denied. I spun the discount wheel you marketed and got a 20% hit. I tried to apply that to my bag which was not accepted.
