"These jeans are of excellent quality and I had high hopes based on reviews. They are not slim enough through the thigh area. The seam detail down the front is super cute but did not add the elongating effect I was looking for. The biggest problem I have with these jeans is the placement and shape of the rear pockets. They do nothing to flatter my booty. I do not have a flat, big or wide one and these jeans do nothing for it. These jeans just don’t work for me. I will stick with Democracy or good ‘ol Levis. I am disappointed and will be returning unfortunately."

"I have 7 pair of regular NYDJ in Billie Bootcut, 2 pair of capri-type, one pair of Bermuda that are cuffed, and I love all of them except this pair. I bought these, with that front seam down the front. They were on a sale price which should have tipped me off, but since I knew the brand so well, I bought them. I wear a size 14. The pair that I got was clearly not sized correctly, the stretch was not there, and they do not fit. I bought them at Dillards online and was told they would not return them, or exchange them. I am stuck with these now. I only wear this brand of jeans, but this style is not the same!"

"I have been wearing NYDJ jeans for years and have never had to return a pair as the fit has always been consistently correct. I have recently ordered several pairs of jeans from NYDJ, two of which I will return. I am keeping the 2 pair of Billie Mini Bootcut jean (above), although they are not the same and are small in the waist. I am keeping another pair of black jeans in hopes that I can fit into them at a later time as they are small in the waist now. I am not sure what you have done in the growth of your company, but your jeans are not the quality that they once were, and one cannot depend on ordering as there is no consistency to the waist, length and overall fit. Even the ones that I am keeping are not close to the fit that I once had with your jeans, which I loved so much. I do not think that I will be ordering any more NYDJ as I cannot depend on their fit. I am sorry to see this because for years and years, they have been my favorite in looks, consistency, comfort, and overall fit. Prior to this experience, I highly recommended your jeans to everyone, especially in petite size."
