"I followed the online instructions and ordered a size 10; in many brands, I'm a size 12. But I have to say, I probably would have been well-served by an 8, since these are both loose in the waist, more full than needed in the hips/thighs, and a little long. Still, I love them; they are comfortable and -- unless I lose weight -- still quite flattering."

Disappointed

"The Jemma Barrel jeans I received were supposed to have a 30" inseam, but it was only 29". I had previously bought Jemma Barrel jeans which had the appropriate 30" inseam. So, when the new pair of NYDJ Jemma Barrel jeans arrived in my usual size, I tool the tags off. On the day I went to wear them I was shocked to discover that they were too short, and now unreturnable with tags off. A waste of money!"

"The Jemma Barrel Jeans are a great addition to my closet. LOVE the midnight Breeze color. I know when I order, I will love the fit! When I tried these on, they fit like a glove. The legs are not too wide! They have just the right amount of stretch for me! Remember to order a size down from what you normally wear! I am so glad I found NYDJ! They are the only jeans in my closet!"

Don’t fit like a typical NYDJ 6

"Too tight in body. Runs seriously small! Does not fit like typical size 6 in NYDJ — more like a 4, so I can’t really get them on. Inseam way too short — also not like typical size 6 with 31 or 32 inseam. Unfortunately took off all the tags, etc. , anticipating they’d fit…so can’t return. Will be donating to some nonprofit. Really bad purchase."
