Confusing sizes again

"Bought 2 pair in same size…16W. One fit perfectly but the other one is to big. Happens every time I buy their jeans. I never know what size will fit. The jeans themselves are very stylish and very well made and I really like them, I just wish both pair would have fit because I did want two new pair of jeans. Returning them is not that easy either, in order to get free return shipping, they need to be returned to a UPS store, which from my house is 35 miles away. A QR Code would be nice."
