"I have ordered several pairs of Maryland straight jeans in size 12P. However, this pair fits more like a 16. It is at least 2 inches bigger in the waist and hips, and very baggy throughout the legs. I don't know what happened, but perhaps the size is mislabeled, but I'm sending them back immediately."

"These Marilyn Jeans are the best fit of all the jeans I have. I wear a 6 petite and the jeans hit at the waist and are not as tight around the legs as the other Marilyn jeans. The front pockets lay flat which gives these jeans a very cute look. I own about 15 pairs of NYDJ and these are the most comfortable. I actually own 3 of this particular style and all 3 have the same great fit."

"I loved the jeans (fabric, color & fit), but I had to return them, as they were way too long — They must have been mis-marked, as they were definite not a 4P. They were at least 2 inches too long. I have been buying NYDJ jeans for many years & never had a problem with them being too long. I would definitely order them again if they come in a shorter length."

"I have worn NYDJ for years. They’ve been the best jeans ever. What in the world has happened with petite lengths?? A straight leg of 30” for a petite woman (5’4” and under) is ridiculous. For us a 27”/28” is normal length. I can’t speak for everyone but I am not spending extra money to have my ‘petite’ jeans shortened. I’m 5’3”! I ‘might wear a 30” inseam in a wide leg pant to skim the floor in heels. But 30” for a straight leg just bunches up and is ridiculous. The jeans are great other than this silly inseam length. For Pete’s sake, correct this."
