"I have repeatedly left messages for customer service that these pants never arrived at my house. The post office told me they sent the package back to the sender I sent them a different address and told them to send them to that address. I never received them and no one has contacted me to explain where my pants are and why they have not been sent to me. They are paid for. This is not the way they should treat the longtime customer.
