"These pants are OK but you have definitely changed your sizing! I ordered a pair crop pants the same size as I had from last year and they are almost a 1 1/2” larger in the waist than my old ones! Now I will have to pay to have them altered! I wish you were more consistent in your sizes!!"
I didn’t get a refund
"I’m very disappointed because I returned it and someone at your company told me to take it to USPS and that I didn’t have to wait in line that I can just put it in their dropbox. So I put it in their dropbox in their building and you guys never received it so I’m out over $100!! Why don’t you go back to returns at FedEx? I feel like it was a lot safer. Anyway, I’m very upset. I can’t afford to lose that kind of money. I returned another pair and I returned them at UPS. They they mailed them for me at UPS and you got them like. Within within a couple of days. And I got my refund."
