Nice pants, awful customer service
"The pants are fine, although not as good quality as the older ones I owned for many years. Unfortunately, The real issue is with the company's policy of not using my store credit first, when I recently purchased these pants online. I had to buy a couple of pairs to find the right size, I then keep the one pair that fit and returned the rest. I already had a credit on file for a pair of pants that didn't fit. So I thought the company would use my credit first but no, they charged my cries card instead so now I still have a large credit. This will force me to buy another pair of pants that I don't want or lose my money. I called customer service thinking this could be easily cleared up. No such luck, bit the first person who answered and the supervisor were unhelpful and rude. Both said this is company policy and told me there was nothing they could do."

"I bought another pair of pants that I already have. When I tried them on, they seem too long, actually needing hemming. My other ones fit perfectly. I'm going to measure the inseam and may have to return them."

"These pants are very comfortable and look great. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because an inseam of 30" is pretty long for a petite size. I had to hem them. (I also took tucks in the waistband in back, which is typical for me. ) However, the fabric is smooth and stretchy with good recovery and feels good on."
