"Before ordering these shorts, I checked the sizing on my other NYDJ shorts (including a pair in linen). All of them were a size six and fit perfectly. I ordered these shorts in a six and you could almost fit two of me in them at one time! I wanted to order a size down but that size is no longer available. I could order a size 2 but I am concerned it will be too snug. I wish NYDJ had more consistent sizing!"
"I was so looking forward to wearing these shorts. They look very nice. When I tried them on I was so disappointed because they are much too big for me. I'm thinking the wrong size was put on the jeans. I wear a size 14 and these must be size 18. I pray I can get the correct size sent to me."

I usually order a 16 in denim but these I sent back for a 14. The 14 fits loose but I think it is the right fit for this type of material and cut."
