Features a point collar, front button closures, full long sleeves gathered into button cuffs and a back yoke with gathered detail. This blouse's fabric is made with a sustainable polyester fiber created from 100% post-consumer plastic waste, resulting in less water and energy use and fewer greenhouse gas emissions without changing the look and feel of the fabric. The buttons are made with 50% post-consumer recycled polyester.

My new favorite NYDJ shirt

"I just love this shirt! The fit is perfect for me. It is more of a traditional shirt style with coordinating color cuffs and collar. The length is great as it falls mid hip. You can easily tuck it in without wads of fabric to disperse under your pants. According to the size chart, I should be a large due to my 40 bust, but I have found NYDJ shirts are very ample, so I size down to a M. The material is somewhat sheer, so if you are super modest, you might want to wait a cami underneath."
