"I ordered size 8 Regular for these Marilyn Straight Leg and received a size 12 Inseam 32 which is about 3” to long. I called NYDJ customer service and they couldn’t find the order number. I found the order number which was in the time frame of a return. I asked for a return shipping label so I could return them assp. Never received the return shipping label. Finally received a reply They wanted a photo of the pants and the invoice number and item number which I was able to mind but they couldn’t. NYDJ runs very large. Do not go by the size chart. NYDJ have very pretty clothing but the customer service is horrible."

WELL I purchased the wine

"WELL I purchased the wine color faux leather and was surprised when the black came in with side inserts but I liked them anyway so I kept them. I have now started purchasing the trousers as they seem to be a classier fit. . . . . at 85 almost 86 I try to be more sensible in my dress apparel. "I never received them. UPS is the worst delivery service you can use and anything that is being delivered by them does not arrive. I despise them, You should indicate which service you use because if I knew it was UPS, I wouldn't have ordered."
