Terrible Customer Service

"I bought the lilac which is pink not a true purple lilac. Also, they fit large so I would suggest going down a size. I have been trying to get in touch with NYDJ from Canada on the phone several times and emailed them twice with no response. The issue is when you go to the portal to start your return what you print out does not contain a return label so now I am stuck trying to get these back within the 30 day return window. Very bad customer service for such a popular brand that I love. I probably will not order again because of this, which is sad. I don't even want to give one star because of the poor customer service. Unhappy Canadian"
